Hi! we are looking at setting up Stockholms hacker space! (location we are interested in is near Sundbyberg)
To do this, we need help!
- We need enough members to pay the monthly rent on the space
- We need members who want to help us manage the organization, physical space and machines
- We need members who wanna make some cool shit
Costs Breakdown
Rent (16000kr/month on 164m2)
Power & Water & Internet
Consumables (sandpaper, drillbits, filament, resin, tea, coffee, etc)
Equipment - we want to get equipment, desks, tables, etc!

How equipment works
If you bring a tool to the space, its yours to look after and manage and it lives on your personal desk
If you want you can make your tool to be fully communal you must donate it to the hackerspace and it will live on a communal desk
If you break it, you try to fix it (unless it was on its very fuckin last legs) or you report it as broken
Membership includes:
Access to the space with your own key/code and you are allowed to bring 1 person along
Access to shared file space with project
Use of the machines in the space
Use of the space itself for hanging out building projects
the future:
hackathons
build a wall to make a quiet part and a slightly more noisy part
get a lasercutter (needs extraction system, might need to be signed off with the owners of the building)
maybe get some sponsors to fund specific machines
people to come in and talk about projects/run courses
fume hood/extraction system
Early signups get to choose their desk spot!
